Filming for the Algebra module in New Plymouth was a fun experience for Daniel and Nisyola. Not only did they get to see Len Lye’s 48-metre kinetic sculpture Wind Wand, they saw some of his other sculptures at the Len Lye Centre at the Govett-Brewster Gallery. In an art room at the gallery Daniel and Nisyola built their own mobile using algebra to find the balance point. This video forms part of the the Alegbra 1 module.
